Who is this for?
This training is for: -Breathwork facilitators (Level 1 and above) -Somatic practitioners, space holders and healers -Yoga teachers and bodyworkers holding emotional release -Anyone who feels drained, overly responsible or energetically entangled after sessions If you’ve ever thought: “Why am I exhausted after this?” “Why am I thinking about my client days later?” “Why do I feel responsible for their breakthrough?” This is for you.
What You Will Learn?
1. Energetic Sovereignty & Radical Responsibility -What energetic sovereignty actually means in facilitation -Why over-giving leads to nervous system fatigue -The difference between compassion and enmeshment -How your sense of worth creates your energetic container -Recognising where you are leaking energy You will be guided to reflect on your lived experience and where your current capacity truly lies. 2. Preparing the Field: Before a Session -Learn a clear energetic preparation framework including: -Grounding the body and orienting your nervous system -Clearing the space intentionally -Connecting to your own breath as anchor -Creating a protective energetic boundary -Setting intention without forcing outcome Because how you enter the space determines everything. 3. Holding the Middle: During the Session The primary focus while facilitating is not performance. It is self-regulation. You’ll learn: -How to stay centred without breathing with clients -Using your own breath as anchor -When to step back instead of over-engage -Avoiding attachment to dramatic emotional releases -Trusting the client’s system instead of forcing intensity You will understand how to hold deep space without collapsing into it. 4. Closing & Clearing: After a Session Many facilitators forget this step — and this is where burnout begins. We cover: -Dissolving energetic bonds intentionally -Grounding practices to reorient yourself -Physical reset techniques (shaking, energetic showers, movement) -Recognising signs of energetic compromise -Preventing emotional overlap and fatigue Holding space ends when you close it properly. 5. Identifying Energetic Leaks -Through guided journalling, you’ll explore: -Where you feel disproportionately fatigued -Emotional extremes after sessions -Patterns of over-responsibility -Attachment to outcome Seasonal and energetic themes currently present in your life You’ll identify your primary energetic leak and commit to a daily practice that strengthens your field. 6. Authentic Facilitation & Embodiment You cannot teach what you are not currently living. This part explores: -Speaking from lived experience -Avoiding disconnection by teaching themes you’re not embodying -Finding personal flow in facilitation -Designing offerings aligned with your current energetic season -Working with guides and ancestral energy while maintaining sovereignty Authenticity is what builds magnetism and trust.
