Meet Your Instructor

Hi, I’m Caoimhe, Reiki Master Teacher. Reiki has shaped my life and practice over the past four years. I intentionally moved through each level of training one year at a time, allowing the energy to be embodied and integrated, rather than rushed or intellectualised. My approach is rooted in ethical practice, nervous system awareness, and deep respect for the responsibility that comes with working in energetic spaces. In an often unregulated field, my priority is creating safety, clarity, and integrity, both for practitioners and those they serve. This is a space to refine your sensitivity without losing yourself, to expand your capacity to hold others, and to work with energy in a way that feels grounded, sustainable, and true.
